The President and Founder of 4Life Zoe Technical Training Programs, Mr. Francis A. Varney, has assured graduates of cycles 36 and 37 that the institution will continue to recommend deserving graduates for job opportunities and professional advancement across Liberia.

Mr. Varney made the statement over the weekend during the institution’s joint graduation ceremony held at Liberty Christian Fellowship in the Junction community outside Monrovia. The colorful ceremony brought together students, parents, community leaders, invited guests, and supporters of vocational education from different parts of the country.

Addressing the graduates, Mr. Varney congratulated them for successfully completing their respective programs and encouraged them to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to excellence as they transition into the professional world. He assured the graduates that the institution remains dedicated to helping students not only acquire technical and vocational skills but also gain access to employment opportunities through recommendations and partnerships.

According to him, technical and vocational education continues to play a major role in national growth and economic empowerment, especially for young people seeking sustainable livelihoods in Liberia. He emphasized that skills training remains one of the most effective ways to reduce unemployment and create self-reliance among the country’s youthful population.

“Today’s generation must understand the importance of acquiring practical skills,” Mr. Varney stated. “Education is important, but skills development provides people with the ability to create opportunities for themselves and contribute meaningfully to society.”
