The Liberia National Tourism Authority (LNTA) will kick off the Monrovia Roadshow today, March 20, 2026, as part of an awareness campaign. During a press conference on Thursday, March 19, at the Ministry of Information, Atty. Dogba Norris, the Deputy Director General for Planning at LNTA, stated that the Roadshow aims to ensure the safety of tourism-related services.
The event will begin with a match between the University of Liberia and Stella Maris Polytechnic University, during which LNTA staff will engage with young people. Atty. Norris emphasized the importance of urging those in the tourism sector to register and maintain clean facilities.
He called on businesses to comply with regulations within the sector, noting that tourism encompasses not only tourists but also restaurants, hotels, and entertainment centers. He encouraged all businesses in this sector to visit their office on 18th Street for necessary information and to initiate their registration process.
