The Ministry of Justice has confirmed that Paul J. King, General Manager of GLS Menzies declared a Person of Interest in the June 8 seizure of 237.6 kilograms of cocaine at Roberts International Airport, has voluntarily turned himself in and is now in the custody of the Joint National Security Investigative Task Force.

King, who had been listed as “at large,” is now assisting investigators as they work to uncover the full network behind the attempted trafficking operation. Authorities say his cooperation is expected to help map out the individuals and entities involved in the importation, concealment, transport, and attempted export of the narcotics.

The Ministry emphasized that King will receive all constitutional protections, including due process and access to legal counsel, and stressed that his status as a Person of Interest does not imply guilt.

Government officials welcomed his voluntary appearance as a step toward accountability and renewed their call for all remaining Persons of Interest to surrender immediately. National and international efforts to locate outstanding suspects remain active. The Ministry of Justice says it will continue to update the public as the investigation progresses, while safeguarding the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
