The meeting was held in the presence of the First Deputy Speaker of the Asian-African Parliamentary Council, Mr. Saud Al-Hajilan, as part of ongoing engagements to strengthen parliamentary diplomacy and cooperation among participating member states.

Discussions during the meeting centered on ways to further enhance parliamentary relations between the two legislative bodies and explore practical mechanisms for improved cooperation and coordination in areas that serve mutual interests.
