Juli-Endee-Replaced

After nearly three decades of serving as Liberia’s Culture Ambassador, President Joseph N. Boakai has replaced Madam Juli Endee with the appointment of Kekura M. Kamara (A.K.A Malawala Balawala) as Liberia’s new Art and Culture Ambassador.

Amb. Endee became Liberia’s Culture Ambassador during the Liberian Civil War in 1994, a position she held for nearly thirty years.

Calculating from 1994 to 2024, it means that Ambassador Endee is the longest-serving Cultural Ambassador in the country’s history.

Also, at the Liberia Institute for Public Administration (LIPA), the Liberian leader appointed Samuel M. Nyema as Deputy Director General for Research and Consultancy.

Meanwhile, Pres. Boakai has called on the appointees to continue to demonstrate diligence, commitment, integrity, professionalism and loyalty in service to country.
