The General Services Agency (GSA), in partnership with the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA), has concluded a series of validation workshops on the agency’s new five-year strategic plan.  Speaking at the opening session, GSA Director General, Galakpai W. Kortimai expressed gratitude to LIPA for its continual support, describing the institution as a strong partner in strengthening the agency’s capacity.

He also commended the GSA technical committee for what he called “a job well done” in developing the strategic roadmap. Kortimai urged GSA staff to take ownership of the strategic plan, which outlines major reforms aimed at modernizing the agency.

Key priorities include upgrading the infrastructure of public buildings, securing land deeds for all government properties, implementing a new fleet management policy, improving the tracking and maintenance of government assets, and other initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and accountability across the public sector.
