Liberia’s and Ghana’s Police Inspector Generals, Gregory O.W. Coleman and Dr. George Akuffo Dampare have held talks in the Ghanaian capital, Accra to explore ways aimed at ensuring continuous peace and regional security.

During their meeting on Friday, April 5, 2024 at the National Police Headquarters in Accra when Coleman paid a courtesy visit on Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, the Liberian Police Chief said the purpose of his visit was to enhance collaboration between the two countries’ police forces.

Coleman assured the Ghanaian Police Chief and leadership of maintaining strong regional coordination between the two institutions for the betterment of the region.

In response, the Ghanaian Inspector General of Police Dr. Dampare, congratulated Coleman on his appointment as Liberia’s Inspector General of Police.
Dampare expressed gratitude for the visit and assured Coleman of his commitment and that of the Ghanaian Police Administration to continuously work with the Liberia National Police (LNP).
