The Liberia Media on Monday, July 22, 2024, woke up to the death news of Prime FM journalist, Molley Kiazolu, affectingly called ‘Real Rolando.’ Late journalist Kiazolu died in the evening hours of Sunday, July 21, 2024, at the St. Joseph Catholic Hospital following a brief illness.

Prior to his demise, Trojan immensely contributed to the Liberia media landscape with his selfless services at Farbric Radio, Spoon Network, and lastly, he co-hosted the Prime Morning Drive and presented “The BRUMM” on Prime FM.

Since the news broke out, several of his friends and close media colleagues have expressed regret over the sudden death of the Liberian journalist.

Former Female Journalist of Liberia (FeJAL) President Siatta Scott Johnson wrote: We never had it like that, but we had one thing in common, “Real Madrid,” we had Ronaldo in common and we would cheer up once it’s Christiano Ronaldo. You shock us this morning mehn “The Real Ronaldo” as you were called. Gone too soon, Trojan.”

The Leadership and Members of the Legislative Press Pool (LEGISPOOL) have also expressed shock over the sudden death of one its members, late Mr. Kiazolu, describing it as a great loss to the entire body and the media community in Liberia, leaving a deep void in the hearts of all.

As a sign of mourning their late colleague, the President of LEGISPOOL Mr. Gerald C. Koinyeneh has instructed the Secretariat to adorn the association’s office door with a dark cloth and update their official Facebook profile picture with an image of Trojan.
