Shaita Angels Football Club has delivered an exceptional performance in the Women’s Upper League this season.
The Careysburg City Based Club has recorded Thirteen League Victory in Nineteen league games, scoring Forty-Six goals and conceding sixteen goals since the start of the competition.
The club was relegated at the end of the 2021/2022 league season, just ten months after their promotion to the league. However, they quickly bounced back by winning the Women’s Lower League upon their return.
In just their second season in the Women’s Upper League, they have positioned themselves as a formidable contender, amassing forty-two points from nineteen league games.
They will face Women’s Lower League Side World Girls FC on Saturday, April 13, in the Women’s Orange Cup final, their second straight final in a row.
