The Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC) is pleased to announce the reintroduction of a biometric sign-in and sign-out system for all employees and contractors. This initiative represents a major step forward in the company’s ongoing efforts to digitize and modernize its operations.
After nearly a decade, LPRC has returned to the biometric system, which is designed to promote punctuality, accountability, and efficiency across the workforce. By leveraging secure and reliable digital technology, the system will accurately track staff attendance, thereby enhancing transparency, discipline, and productivity within the company. According to LPRC Management, this development is part of the company’s broader reform agenda to embrace technology-driven solutions, streamline processes, and foster a culture of professionalism.
