Emmanuel Shadrach Morris, seasoned security personnel with vast experience working with the Liberia Immigration Service (LIS), has been appointed as Chief of the LIS at the Liberia Special Economic Authority (LSEA) Office. The administration of the LIS has deemed it necessary for Officer Morris to represent it at the Liberia Special Economic Authority based on his level of professionalism, coupled with diligence exhibited at previous areas of assignment.
While at LSEA, Morris will execute the mandate of the entity. Officer Morris holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Liberia. Liberia Special Economic Authority (LSEA) is a new agency of the Government of Liberia.
