The Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) has arrested two British nationals—Zion Sufren, 25, and Joshua Ayopo Andrews, 28 for alleged possession of cocaine and other substances.   . According to LDEA, the suspects were arrested through a search and seizure warrant in the Baptist Seminary community, along the RIA Highway as part of the ongoing Operation “Clean Wave.”

The suspects were apprehended with 2.1 kilograms of cocaine and 2.1grams of marijuana. he LDEA disclosed that the Cocaine is valued at USD113, 400.00 and LRD 21,546,000.00.  The LDEA also seized cash of 3,000.00USD, 50 Euros and 40 pieces of European coins. Both suspects are currently in custody for illegal possession of narcotics and remain under investigation.  The LDEA urges the public to continue assisting in the fight against drug trafficking by reporting any suspicious activities
