A 16-year-old minor is said to have been sodomized, gang raped, and allegedly kidnapped by a senior staff member of the National Security Agency (NSA) identified as Peter Bon Jallah; Police Inspector General, Gregory O.W. Coleman has disclosed. Coleman told a press conference in Monrovia on Monday, January 12, 2026, that suspect Jallah has been charged with statutory rape, Sodomy, Gang Rape and Kidnapping.
He said the defendant was charged following a forensic investigation, which proves that the 16-year-old boy was sexually abused multiple times. According to the Police Chief, these charges are followed by a formal complaint filed on January 6, 2026. He further explained that a medical examination confirmed findings of constant sexual abuse.
Inspector General Coleman pointed out that the victim provided detailed time and specific accounts, adding that independent witnesses confirmed the victim’s presence at the defendant’s residence. Jallah, 63, has been forwarded to the Monrovia City Court for criminal prosecution. He is currently remanded at the Monrovia Central Prison.
Jallah was arrested on January 7, 2026, acquainted with his Maranda Rights and investigated based on the complaint by the victim’s mother on January 5, 2026, in which she alleged that her 16-year-old son was sexually abused-raped by the defendant. The woman also alleged that her son was kidnapped and taken to an unknown house within the Camp Johnson Road vicinity by the defendant, where he was Gang Raped from 1 January to 3 January 2026 by Jallah and two unidentified male adults.
During an interview with the survivor, he narrated that he and defendant Jallah live in the same Air Field, Sinkor, Sharks Community, where he often rendered domestic services to the defendant, such as washing cars, sweeping the yard, and house cleaning, and defendant Jallah usually compensates him with money for recess.
The victim further narrated that on January 1, 2026, he participated in a football league on the Kpelle Town Football Field, and after the game, while on his way home, he saw Defendant Jallah in front of his fence and the defendant asked him (victim) why didn’t he ask him (defendant Jallah) to buy a football boot for him; as such, he told the defendant that he forgot.
The 16-year-old boy further narrated that the defendant told him to go take a bath and come back to his house so that he (Jallah) would take him out to buy him a pair of boots. According to the minor, he went home, took his bath, came back, entered the defendant’s fence, and waited for defendant Jallah to take his bath so both of them could leave to buy the boots.
The victim explained that after defendant Jallah took his bath, both of them got in the defendant’s car to an unknown building within the vicinity of Camp Johnson Road at about 3:00 P.M on January 1, 2026 where he got gang raped by the defendant and two unidentified male adults. He narrated that while at Camp Johnson Road, suspect Jallah told his friends to ensure that he (survivor) ate some soft food; it was at that point that Defendant Jallah prepared noodles and gave him to eat, making him dizzy before being sexually abused.
The boy also explained that on January 3, 2026, the defendant between 10:00 PM to 11: 00 PM took him from in the premises where he was harbored and sexually abused, put him in the back of a jeep and dropped him off at 15 street, Sinkor, Payne Avenue, after the National Social Security office leaving him naked with only a boxer on and helpless. He said while laying and crying for help on 15th Street, Payne Avenue, some men to include (Saygbeh M. Johnson, a security officer from Apex Private Security Firm, Sackie Tobby and Diamond Kpaka {both are casual worker in building construction) came to his rescue and helped him contact his grandmother Rebecca B. Tamba and his mother complainant Sattarus who came quickly and took him to the JFK Hospital.
Additionally, the victim revealed that before the Gang Rape perpetrated by Defendant Jallah and accomplices on January 1, 2026 to January 3, 2026, Jallah sexually abused (raped) him at his Air Field, Sinkor residence on two occasions to include November 29, 2025 in defendant’s bedroom while the victim went to render services. The second time was on December 24, 2025, in defendant Bon Jallah’s daughter’s room while also rendering services. Bon Jallah, in an interview, denied all allegations, adding that the victim had never entered his fence or his house, nor did he come in contact with the victim at any point in time.
