The Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) has forwarded two Guineans to court for illegal possession of narcotics worth over L$585,200.   According to an LDEA release, Amadu Diallo, 35, and Safiatu Diallo, 33, were taken to the Paynesville Magisterial Court for prosecution.

The suspects were arrested on November 13, 2025, in the Red Light community by officers assigned to the LDEA Red Light Satellite Detail. They were found in possession of 21 boxes and 8 strips of Tramadol, with a total street value of 585,200.00

The LDEA urges the public to continue assisting in the fight against drug trafficking by reporting any suspicious activities.
