The Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) has forwarded three suspects to court after they were arrested and investigated for being in possession of narcotic substances (Kush). The suspects were arrested in the King Gray and New Kru Town communities.

A press release issued on November 4, 2025, identified the suspects as Owen Togba, 29, James J. Barnard, 25, and Papa Tarr, 19. The illegal substance has a street value of   L$54,700.

LDEA says it remains firm in its ongoing crackdown on drug traffickers, an operation headed by Patrick Kormazu, Deputy Officer-in-Charge Operations, and supported by the Special Drug Squad (SDS).
