Rep. Foko Ordered Evicted …Over Failure To Pay Rent

Montserrado County District#9 Representative Frank Saah Foko has been ordered evicted from a property he occupies due to his failure to meet up with his responsibility in payment of rent.

The Monrovia City Court has issued a writ of eviction against the lawmaker in reference to a writ of possession to recover the real property through summary proceedings.

Representative Foko was reported by Saiku A. Fahnbulleh, who informed the court that the lawmaker owes him his rent since October 2024.

The writ stated, “You are hereby commanded to proceed to the premises, the subject matter of the below-captioned case situated and lying on 17th Street, Sinkor, City of Monrovia.”

The court has ordered the sheriff to oust, eject, remove, and evict Representative Foko, Otis and all those under his control. After removing the defendant, the property is to be placed in the hands of the complainant.

Meanwhile, this paper has confirmed that the court has served the Montserrado County District #9 Representative with its action but he pleaded to relocate within two days. Courtesy By: Melvin Jackson.
