President Joseph N. Boakai has instructed the Minister of Public Works to prioritize the development of the Chicken Soup Factory Community road during this dry season.
The Liberian leader made the call on Sunday, November 24, 2024, when he worshipped with the Free Pentecostal Global Mission Church in Chicken Soup Factory Community on the Japan Freeway.
He said it is part of efforts to give back to the church and community.
According to the President, the directive is set to take immediate effect, demonstrating the government’s commitment to improving infrastructure and accessibility for all citizens.
The President’s visit to the Free Pentecostal Global Mission Church highlights the importance of collaboration between the government and religious institutions in fostering community development and spiritual growth.
“The Ministry of Public Works will work diligently to fulfill my mandate and enhance the quality of life for residents in Chicken Soup Factory Community,” he said.
President Boakai expressed his gratitude to the church for the unwavering prayers and support towards his government and the spiritual wellbeing of the country.
