Logan Town has been crowned champions of the third edition of the MoMo Community League 2026, capping off another successful grassroots football competition organized under the auspices of the Liberia Football Association (LFA).
Following the conclusion of the tournament, the organizer expressed heartfelt appreciation to LFA President Mustapha Raji for his continued trust and support in empowering grassroots football initiatives across the country. Special recognition was also given to the LFA Competitions Department, led by Joel Freeman, for its guidance and unwavering support throughout the competition.
The organizer further praised Youth Football Coordinator Thomas Samullah for his outstanding role in planning and successfully implementing the tournament, describing him as the “real MVP.” Gratitude was also extended to the dedicated team at the Montserrado Sub-Association, whose commitment and hard work were credited as the driving force behind the competition’s success.
The organizer also thanked Lonestar Cell MTN for sponsoring the tournament and providing young footballers with an opportunity to showcase their talent. Appreciation was equally conveyed to the LFA leadership, participating communities, and local leaders for their collective support. The successful conclusion of the tournament once again highlighted the importance of grassroots football in discovering and developing Liberia’s next generation of football talent.
